Capital Improvement Projects

Projects that fall in the public right-of-way can be handled legally by either the Storm Water District or Deerfield Township. Currently, Deerfield Township is taking the lead on these types of projects.

Private Propety Issues

Because the District has the legal authority to address problems on private property while the Township does not, these types of issues will fall under the jurisdiction of the DRSWD. The District employs a ranking system to prioritize projects. To view our criteria, click on the link below.

Stormwater Project Ranking Criteria

If you are interested in receiving assistance from the District, please print the Request for Assitance form, fill it out, and either mail it to the District or bring it to a meeting. You will need Adobe Reader to access the form.
