DEERFIELD REGIONAL STORM WATER DISTRICT

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

December 21, 2005

 CALL TO ORDER:

 President Susan Berger called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. 

 ATTENDANCE:

Those present at the meeting were:

Board Members:          Susan Berger, Walt Daniels, Jeff Thomas

            CDM:                          Jamie Coleman, Chris Brausch

 This special meeting was called to prepare for the scheduled meeting with the Deerfield Township Trustees on December 30 to present the SWAC findings to the outgoing and incoming Trustees.

 The board first reviewed and suggested changes to a report prepared by Susan Berger to be included in the Deerfield Township’s Annual Report mailed to all residents.

 The board also discussed whether to change the January meeting date since Eric Luckage sent an e-mail stating that he could not attend. The board decided to proceed without Eric.

 The board discussed the 2006 budget in case it needed to be presented to the Trustees on December 30.

 The board reviewed the presentation prepared by CDM for the December 30 meeting and decided who should present which part. The board also suggested revisions to the brochure prepared by CDM for the December 30 meeting.

 Adjournment:

 Jeff Thomas made a motion, seconded by Walt Daniels, to adjourn the meeting at

5:05 P.M. Vote:  All yes.

 Next Regular Meeting: January 10, 2006.

The second Tuesday of every month, at 6:30 P.M., unless otherwise notified.
