SPECIAL DISTRICT BOARD MEETING

President Susan Berger called the meeting to order at 3:05 P.M.

Board Members: Susan Berger, Walt Daniels
CDM: Jamie Coleman, Chris Brausch
This special meeting was called to prepare for the scheduled meeting with the Warren County Board of County Commissioners on Thursday, December 1, 2005 to discuss including a storm water fee on the County water bill for Deerfield Township residents.
The board looked at a brochure prepared by CDM and suggested revisions. The board and CDM representatives also discussed what to expect at Thursday’s meeting. Ms. Berger suggested that Mr. Daniels make the formal presentation to the Commissioners with Mr. Thomas, Ms. Berger, and representatives from CDM present to help answer questions.
(Note: the meeting with the Warren County Board of County Commissioners scheduled for Thursday, December 1, 2005 was subsequently cancelled.)
Adjournment:
Walt Daniels made a motion, seconded by Susan Berger, to adjourn the meeting at
4:05 P.M. Vote: All yes.
Next Regular Meeting: December 13, 2005.
