Capital Improvement Projects Projects that fall in the public right-of-way can be handled legally by either the Storm Water District or Deerfield Township. Currently, Deerfield Township is taking the lead on these types of projects.


Private Propety Issues Because the District has the legal authority to address problems on private property while the Township does not, these types of issues will fall under the jurisdiction of the DRSWD.
